How it all Started

Martha and Nick were introduced to plumbing during their school years when they both had the chance to earn some extra money working for a small, local company. It didn’t take long for them to notice several areas within the industry that could be improved. That realization sparked a passion in them to create a better experience for customers.

While Nick pursued his engineering degree, Martha focused on gaining in-depth plumbing knowledge through hands-on work with various local companies. Together, they began redesigning a business from the ground up, with the goal of elevating every part of the process to provide unmatched value for customers.

For three years, they meticulously planned, debated, designed, and absorbed knowledge, all while dreaming of creating a company that would leave a positive impact wherever it went. That vision led to the birth of RedPoint Plumbing. Martha is driven by the search for innovative best practices, both on and off the job, while Nick focuses on maximizing efficiencies within the company to ensure customers always get the best value.
